PatSystems J-Trader
A basic trading application for direct access
to the leading global futures, options and equities exchanges. J-Trader
Bronze has the following features:
- Ticket - a simple ticket-trading screen for order submission
- Status - an order book to display working and filled orders
- Hot quotes - an order entry screen and price discovery screen
for trading multiple exchanges and contracts. Depth of market
screens allow the user to display any contract's full order book
in real time.
- DOME screen - a fast order submission screen with multiple trading
features, designed for entering and cancelling orders at speed.
- Stocks - an order entry and discovery screen for multiple stock
markets, providing 'level one' and 'level two' information to
the trader.
- Matrix - an order entry screen and a discovery screen for calendar
spread traders
- Position - a trader's open positions and profit and loss
- Reports - a rolling five-day historical report of the trader's
positions
- Accounts - a list of available trader accounts from which the
trader can execute orders
- Settings - configuration tool for traders to customise their
display
DOME screen
This provides users with fast single-click trading and cancel.
Market depth, status, hot quote and position screens are combined
into a single screen that can be used to trade any number of contracts.
DOME also provides a graphical and numerical audit trail of the
last traded prices.
Matrix screen
For spread trading, J-Trader provides a user-friendly matrix screen
that enables you to trade outright and calendar spread markets using
a single or double click. Implied prices can be switched on or off,
as required. Full depth-of-market is available on all calendar spreads,
and the history for the last 20 trades is easily accessible.
Status
The status window displays all working and filled orders. Buys and
sells are colour coded for ease of use. Allocation can be carried
out pre- and post-trade. Trades can be found easily using the sophisticated
order filter and sort system. Other functions include 'Amend', 'Pull',
'Query', 'Print', single-click order cancelling and the ability
to share orders across multiple users, to achieve a global order
book.
